Braces by Dr. C. is absolutely incredible. From the moment we walked in, our care coordinator, Payton, met us right in the lobby and immediately made us feel welcome. She was amazing — handling imaging, walking us through all the information, and clearly explaining financials in a way that felt honest and stress-free.

The entire office truly prioritizes comfort, transparency, and patient care above all else, and it shows. We felt informed every step of the way, never rushed, and genuinely cared for. There were lots of laughs along the way, which made the experience even better — especially for kids starting something new.

Dr. A was wonderful — knowledgeable, kind, and informative. There was zero pressure to make decisions on the spot; the focus was simply on making sure we felt comfortable and informed. That alone speaks volumes.

Our kids even started treatment the same day, which was such a relief and a testament to how well this office is run. We left feeling confident, supported, and grateful we chose Braces by Dr. C. Highly recommend!

Although we do not get braces today I would like to say that they have some of the best customer service that I have encountered on this journey to get braces for my daughter 10/10. I also appreciate them telling us to wait instead of just taking our money and prolonging the treatment

Dr. C and his staff have provided excellent service for the last 14 months of my treatment. Always available to repair a broken bracket or clip an errant wire. I am always treated with respect and they have handled my care and concerns with professionalism.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the environment felt warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Payton, the treatment coordinator, provided outstanding service — truly a pleasure to work with!

I got my braces here and have had a great experience! I’ve always been insecure about my smile, so I am so excited to have my smile perfected! The office is clean and everyone is super sweet! They also offer Invisalign and teeth whitening. I plan on getting their retainer insurance plan and teeth whitening once I’m out of braces.

I just want to say thank you to Dr.C and Dr. A they were always very nice to me they fixed my smile and now I can actually smile and not feel insecure Dr.C went above and beyond even cutting my gums to make my smile look better which he didn’t have to do and I just really appreciate it. Also being a mother appointments aren’t always easy for me due to having to bring children to every appointment but here it was always easy. Staff always made me feel comfortable as well.

This places was Amazing. We went in for a consolation, and that same day my daughter got her top braces put on. They talked me through the whole process and made sure not only that I understood but that my daughter understood. They gave me several options for financing and was straight forward on the cost. They explained all the things she needed for caring for her braces and the Dental Monitor they send you home with is a great device. She goes back in 2 weeks for her bottom teeth and she is actually excited to go and has said she felt so comfortable with all the staff and the process! Thank you!

Very clean and great customer service. Efficient and informative. Alondra was great while placing my braces. She was knowledgeable and made the process less painful. Front desk always welcoming and Curtis… He is outstanding! Ask for him to give you details on the braces…No complaints here!

My son was a patient here for over two years and completed his treatment in 2020. Now I’m returning with my daughter. The reasons: Every single time we’ve been in the office or on the phone the staff is absolutely incredible. My kids have always felt safe and welcome here! Never any anxiety or worry! Dr. C and his staff have been great to work with during my sons time with braces. They have always gone the extra mile in his and care and are always willing to help with whatever questions we had. If you are looking for a team that is going to take great care of you or your loved one give them a call.

Everyone at Bartlesville Braces is professional and kind. Their work is excellent and they'll work with you if there is an issue -- although you might need to go to Tulsa if it's a day the Bartlesville office is closed.

These Braces are a necessary evil. My teeth were as crooked as a career politician and are now straight. 🙂 Thank you Dr. C and staff.
